Fish Salad with Tortilla Chips

We buy a 4oz package of Duck Trap Roasted Wild Salmon at Whole Foods. We have also used Red Snapper and Tautog. Break up the fish in a bowl add 1/4 t fresh dill, 1 stalk of celery finely chopped , 1/4 of an onion finely chopped, 1T white wine vinegar, 1T honey, and 1t lemon pepper, add mayo (to taste). Serve chilled with crackers or tortilla chips. Great with Guacamole!

Homemade Tomato Pie

Mike out did himself on this one. Use San Marzano tomatoes with fresh garlic, olive oil, bay leaf, fresh oregano, 2T tomato paste and 1t sugar. Cook for 1 hour, chill.
Use you favorite pizza dough (our is NY pizza dough from whole foods).
Thaw at room temperature, roll out the dough, generously coat with tomato sauce, cook 10 minutes in a 500 degree oven. Top with grated Locatelli and fresh basil! Best pizza I ever ate!
